  1. Have them and they work, Bought 2 at the local hardware for $100. Then bought another 8 for $100 of egay The egay ones don't seem to vibrate the same Have them around the house but only near doors Haven't had a snake in the house since or near the house But a 3m carpet snake gets close at times but tends to stay in the trees
  2. What Manu said, just don't wear blue, yellow or white
  3. As long as you can put the crosshair on what you want to range, gets hard in poor light.
  4. I've used a few different ones at work, The higher end ones are worth the extra dollars Cheaper RX-1's and 450 Yardage Pros are good for a quick reading out to 200 metres, after that you need a very steady hold, and are fussy up to 4-500 metres Top of Range ones pick up the longer ranges easier.
  5. Both are handy, Gps, waypoint when you get out of the car, turn it off as you are hunting, not taking the gps for a walk, because all you will be doing is looking at the screen getting confused. Should have seen all the old blokes with their new christmas presents walking around just looking at their gps screens at the holiday place i went to for chrissy. Use the map and compas to navigate by. then if you can't back track or navigate to your vehicle, turn the gps back on and go to.
  6. Great price, Compact, Light and Pocket sized, Think I'll buy two pair with accessories to carry around.
  7. I agree Drew, the blackfoots are a break up pattern. The new fashion trends are for this season only. And we will all laugh at you if seen in last seasons colours. Most tree patterns have to many colours to close and not over a large enough area and will just fade to black at distance. You may as well just wear a black shirt and black jeans. Just don't wear white, yellow or blue.
  8. The only thing between you and the ground are those expensive European boots. The more you spend the better you will feel. And the better your feet will feel at the end of the day.
  9. You don't have to get sucked into the latest Camo pattern either, They are only for the trendies who want to look good in camp or town. Or have this years pattern on. "Didn't you wear that last year" and most are useless at distance as all the colours merge Break Up patterns are the best, Or any clothes with large colour sections (exlcluding White, Yellow or Blue) So your yellow is a no no Phil
  10. Drew, with an election coming up it will be a good time to stock up.
  11. Greetings All, Live in the west work in the middle play where ever I can . been to a few State Forrests , seen some dropped none Had a great time I'd choke them if I got close enough Happy hunting
