  1. I got an outback travel mate 60 ltr, low amps to run and start up which can kill your wagon batts if they're a bit low, never missed a beat been lots of places rough and smooth, I really like the catches and hinges and the guts and the outsides......we spend a lot of time on the coast and in the sand and mangroves ...everything else seems to rust sooooo quick, all the waecos leave a brown trail behind them...sorry waeco...engels are too bloody dear.....low amps to start and run are the go...unless you want to go gas or 3 way...just my 5 c worth
  2. I use a 240 blitz hooked up to 12 amp hour sealed battery in a army disposals store shoulder bag, crimped terminals on a female ciggy plug , sweet as, can walk around with it and use it on the quad....
  3. practise practise practise....and keep the wind in your face
  4. We had one in a camper van parked for 4 years in the same spot in the bush...no problems...check the flue every now and then for soot..clean it out...push button start was buggered but we lit it by long match....if you are in one spot for a long time they are better than electric...unless you have enough solar panels to run a space station and gen sets cost more in fuel and all and they are soooo noisy...tried wind once no good on a calm day...gas is good...
  5.
