Leupold yosemite's have a great rep and they're cheap. Give HPGS a call and see what price they can do them for.
Or, talk to these blokes, http://www.opticsbestbuy.com/Leupold-8x30-Yosemite-Porro-Prism-Waterproof-Binoculars-Black-62515.html, the postage to OZ is USD39.
This knife went out to a customer last week.
The blade steel is ATS34, around 195mm in length and it has a tapered tang. The handle scales are green/black linen micarta with stainless corbys and thonghole liner.
The tooled sheath is 3.2 vegtan leather, hand dyed and moulded and also hand stitched.
Cheers..
This bloke offers some very good deals as well, particularly in the 'demos/samples', and doesn't have any problems posting binos/rangefinders/spotting scopes to Oz. He won't post scopes.

Have a look at the demo list, plenty of very good bins with at reduced prices.
I haven't bought demos from this bloke but I bought a pair of Vortex from another supplier and it appeared the box had been opened and that's all. The binos didn't have any indication that they'd been handled.
I run the energizer headlamp as well. Cheap, nice round beam and a long battery life, the original set of batteries are still in it and I bought it in March so it's going ok.
I've just bought a Bushnell Yardage Pro Legend from the US and I'm a bit like Rono in Gryph's post.
My estimations (guestimations!!) of distance are pretty sad.
I love it, best toy I've bought in a long while.

I've got a pair of Bushnell excursion 8x42's coming from Opticzone as we speak. I've read some good things about them, but I'll know for myself in the next week. US$192 posted to me, A$395 advertised in a recent gun mag here. Whatever you decide on, you can save yourself some dollars by buying from the states.

Just new on the forum, don't hunt as much as I'd like or used to. However the desire is still there. I have interests in both shotgunning and rifles, I like 'em both.
Nice to be on an Oz hunting site,
Cheers, John
