Thanks lol I decided to go with the etrex 30 as its very close to my older etrex and i like the unit i have size/weight wise. Because at the end of the day im only using it as a paper map reference point and i think this unit will be fine for this, hell i was doing ok with my old unit so this will be a touch of luxury! Thanks all for the input!

Ok so i will go with the garmin 60, and yes i will be downloading the latest map systems the GC offers before i go.

Buying a new gps with a mapping system because im struggling with my old unit. I hunt state forrests and they say they have exclusion/hunting zones you can download to garmin navs, prob is i dont know what to get with so many options. Any help greatly appreciated

LED Lenser MT7 is what i use for rabbit/fox on my rifles and is very good upto 50m Its 220 Lumen compared to the P7 at 200 Lumen, i own both models and i have found that the MT7 provides more light either side of the pencil beam which help aquiring other targets sitting close by. Buying the MT7 Gun kit is the cheapest way to go in my opinion. Nothing beats a Lightforce 240 blitz
