  1. I ended up doing my own conversion with a 75 watt hid don't know about instructions for the aps kit

  3. I heard you can adjust the globe to sit out further and it gets rid of the dark spot anyone else try hid in a spot light

Was after any info on hid spot lights that people have used or seen work not car spots I have converted mine a long time ago, im interested in hunting spot lights I seen a conversion kit for a light force hand held on e bay and there is another unit similar to the night eater in design but in hid i think its white in case colour and power beam have one how do they compare to the traditional set-ups good and bad points on how they preform in the field do they have the dark spot caused by the rod on the globe is there anything bigger in globe set-up like the 55watt hid just after some 1st hand info
  5. i have 1 and they are great have topo maps on it and a 2 gig card heaps of features and are easy to us with the toggle control gives easy measurements from were you are to different points

    i use the magellan 700 and find it great best value for money and ease IMO E trax
  8. 1st would be night eater but big $$$$ but its well above the other 2 lights 2nd id go the light force as mine is no dramas and am happy with it
  9. buy the lightforce XGT then convert them yourself to HID nothing compares,the lightforce HID lights are over $1000 each and only 32 watt mine are 42 watt HID alot brighter and cost me around $600 for both converted i also did my head lights to 32 HID
