im pretty sure it doesnt startle them asmuch as a white light. i think the green lense does the same sort of thing?

i used to wear army boots my mates old man was in the s.a.s so we got heaps of rashen packs and gear from him. nice light comfy boots used to walk up creeks and not worry about it. came up about halfway up your shin. now i just wear my steel blue work boots they do the job haha

what do you guys think of the lightforce 240 handheld i have the ml (marine light) its seems really good in the more bushy type areas but in the paddocks it is lacking a bit of distance (it still eats my old spottie for breakfast though) cheers
