if memory serves me correctly, NSW the rifle and bolt must be stored seperately, the ammo can be stored with either.

Mate check this mob out, i know for about $140-$170 you will get a torch with rifle or scope mount, maybe rechargeable with 200 metres of view. I have not used one, but friends purchased the headlamps for mid $150s with lifetime warranty, and they are sensational imo.

FG, sounds to me like your LGS has sold you and directed you into what they had in stick, as i have the ciggy lighter one and never had a problem, i would change it if i was you.

G'Dat Rick, mate just read your post re the 25-06, i have a tikka in 25-06 and have reloaded Ballistic tips with 45 gr of AR2208, very accurate, I also have loaded Core Lokts with 44gr AR 2208, today i have just loaded up Sierra Pro Hunters with 44gr, 44.5gr, 45gr and 45.5gr AR2208, have not tested yet, what powder do you use and what loads do you use for the sierra prohunters?

just got mine in the mail today, it looks and sounds good, how it works, i will find out soon. I got the whistle/dvd package for $20, i think it is reasonable if it works. regards Craig
