I bought a LED Lenser H7 off US Ebay around 3 months ago, cost $50 or so delivered, best thing since sliced bread, could spotlight rabbits with it, runs on AAA batteries and they claim can last over 50 hours. It has a dimmer and a focus so you can have a big wide beam or a narrow one. bloody good. Didnt bother with the H7R cos it's the same but with rechargeable batteries but more coin. Figured the cost of AAA batteries these days is negligable and recharge batteries can be dodgy sometimes.

Gday mate, recently been through the same thing with purchasing a new safe, #### the bolts off that come with the safe and go buy some decent dynabolts from bunnings. Cost about 60 cents each, chuck 4 or so in the base and a couple up the back wall and you're all set. As for your mate, it's no drama as long as it's short term. As long as the firearm is lisenced to him and he is at the end of a phone etc if the police come knocking it'll be fine.

Yeah I noticed there's someone selling 5 gun safes on ebay from Thomastown VICCO for around $240. Anyone had any experience with these? Starting to think if I save a few bucks on the safe I can put more into filling it, though if I skimp too much on the safe I run the risk of it being easily accessible and then my expensive guns go walkabout???

Buffalo River silver series 6 gun safe brand new for $380. Anyone seen better than this price? Looks like very good quality with a very good door lock setup just curious if the price is right as there's such a broad range in price and quality out there.
