I hunt in auscam type clothing, basic cams.
There is a couple of fundamental points that alot of people don't pay any attention to.
Everything is more important than what you are wearing.
Stalking tacktics, when I stalk deer I use everything I can to get close and find them.
I look at every piece of sign ( I can't walk past a pile of poo)
I walk quietly, placing my heal on the groud first and rolling my foot forward.
Lots of deer I shoot will be off to the side of me, Alot of people I go hunting with walk forward turning their head to look for the deer, this isn't going to work.
You need to walk in arc's, this will help you to hunt your angles and stop you walking past game.
Don't run around the bush and be just as surprised as the deer when you see them.
I could take deer hunting in my undies, but it's too cold. Clothes that break up your figure and are comfortable and keep the black berries from scratching you are good.
You need to use cover, you need to stay in the shadows and all the basic's.
Basically, If the deer don't see you then it doesn't matter what you are wearing.
I could be wrong, but it works for me.
