    Another fantastic specimen! Great work
  2. I always take a map, compass and pen when I'm out. But a GPS is a level above so I always take one of them too. Always knowing where you are is handy
  3. Yeah, I get the advantage of it. But I don’t have one so it pisses me off
  4. They talk to each other over UHF for the location tracking. So if you’re out on the same channel (but not on a Rhino) then you get a squalk tone every few mins. Pisses me off
  5. I don’t have much info for you Simmo but take a look at Shonky Maps. They are free topo maps for the older Garmins so I’d be surprised if they didn’t work with the newer ones too. I’ve used them for over 10 years and they’re great!
  6. Cheap ones! He’ll drop ‘em for sure
  7. Very, very nice work 👍
  8. Very nice. Great looking skinner
  9. This has become an obsession hasn’t it? 😂 Careful or you’ll run out of time for shooting! Bloody nice again mate
  10. They’re fantastic!! Well done! I’m amazed at how well the wood took the die. Did you just sit the wood in a bath of it for a time or did you have to force it in under pressure somehow?
  11. That little chubby hoggie has a nice rack on the way

Niiiice. Again! Do you use a jig to grind in the shape or is it all by hand/eye? I doubt I could produce anything that good by hand
  13. Nice one (again!)! It'd be good to see a pic of your creations in a hand too, to give some perspective for the unimaginative (like me) if possible?
  14. Noice! If my CYA jacket ever wears out (unlikely) I’ll jump into one of these in a heartbeat 👍
  15. Yep! Parts do. Thanks for taking the time 👍
  16. For us luddites, what does that mean?
  17. The reviews on that one aren’t great…
  18. LED torches are definitely the go these days. Unless you can afford a thermal scope. They can’t be beat!!
  19. In general, yes. Basically your safe(s) need to be hard to steal and bolting them to the floor and wall usually achieves that I’ve got three safes and one is over 150kg empty (it’s a big old thing). That one isn’t bolted down because legally I don’t have to and because since it’s a relic, I don’t want to drill holes in it. The other two definitely are.
  20. Welcome aboard! With shotguns it’s all about “fit”. You want to ignore brands and find the one that the sights naturally come to your eye properly when you shoulder it. Post up the question in the shotgun section and you’ll get some more good advice 👍
