Hi mate, i've been wearing Danner Desert boots for the past 18 months and am very very happy with them. They are very lite and like wearing sneakers...I highly recommend them...

Anyone else ever need bino glass repaired? They are Zeiss bino's and too good to toss away

Never tried snake boots mate, so i cant help you there. I would rather wear gaitors and have comfortable boots

Irish setters all the way mate, a few guys on here use them and lov'em..my friends got a pair for about $50 from cabela's and has nothing but good things to say about them either..

I also prefer uninsulated boots. I wear quality pair of thick socks and am very happy with it
