I reckon head torch selection is tough to recommend though - weight vs throw vs flood vs price - so many different options and they're all pretty personal.

Get a shortlist together and then try them out. In the dark if possible - but that's a big ask.

I have found this to be a good solution, if a high powered head torch is required. I use one for night time shotgunning with a lightweight Solarforce P1 polymer

my led lenser h7 just #### itself ( the tilt mount broke) after quite a few years of being used nearly everyday for work and going away most weekends, i decided to buy the rechargable h14 and i am stoked with it, the only thing i find is it is a big unit compared to the h7 not a issue just an observation! i think i payed $120 posted of ebay.
