Electronic Fox Decoys

Recommended Posts

I bought a FoxPro FX-3 late last year and I can't speak highly enough of this little machine.

Have a look here-

If you are seriously looking to get one, you could not go past this one-

Since receiving mine I have shot about 40 foxes, some during the day and others at night under a light. One thing is certain though, my numbers are up on what I was getting prior to using it. Don't get me wrong, I was doing ok with conventional mouth-blown calls but this thing gives you a great advantage by virtue of it being able to be operated with the remote control which takes the fox's focus off where you are sitting and concentrates it towards wherever you haven the caller set up. Of course, all the normal precautions like wind direction etc, still apply.

I was not able to buy direct from the web site but after emailing (sales@gofoxpro.com) their sales dept, the deal was done.

Cheers,

FS.

I have a Predator Enticer Decoy and used it for 2 years with my Foxpro Spitfireto good effect but tried the FoxPro on its own this year.

I HAVEN'T CONCLUDED THAT I NEED A DECOY YET HAVING HAD GREAT RESULTS WITH AND WITHOUT A DECOY.

I noticed that there was some of the younger ones ealier in the year from the last 2 years showed some hesitation not being sure of the decoy where as this year just using the Foxpro they have to seek it out which worksa well.

From now on the're becoming wiser and seems the responces drop off a bit moving towards Winter so not sure if that's where a decoy will help.

Certainly had good responce without the decoy this year and might struggle to justify putting it out given how well it attracts them without one..
