Hi All,

Just moved here from the UK, and currently just started the 28 day cooling off period in my firearms license application. All my guns are on a boat, and due here in Feb sometime, so hopefully it won't be too long after that I'm back shooting again.

Oh, and I can get pistols here again too! Fantastic! :D

But had to sell the sound moderators and the semi-auto .22 before I came. Oh well.

Jeff

G`day all, have only just moved to WA from NSW a couple of weeks ago, dont really know anyone over here yet, so hoping to meet up with some good people. Ive been into the sport for many years as a benchrest shooter, trap and hunting, i had some properites back in nsw, and worked on a diary for a few years, so was out shooting nearly every day...

Hello all,

I am new to this forum. Been shooting on and off for about 15 years. Live in the great southern part of WA - Woodanilling. Is a small town near Katanning.

We are being currently overrun with foxes to shoot, got two the other night with my Anschutz .22. Otherwise there are a few rabbits, but a few hundred less now that we have found where they live LOL.

I work on a sheep / wheat farm, so works out really well for shooting whenever I want. I don't leave home without my little .22.

Currently have:

Anschutz (1974 build) mod. 1441 .22 5 shot bolt action

Anschutz (1964 build) mod. 1516 .22 WMR being converted to .17 HMR

Paramount / custom target rifle in .308 caliber

G'day I'm Rob from Perth. I've been shooting since I can remember but I've only recently bought my own rifle; a .223REM Tikka T3. My family's has got some land in the hills around Perth near Baker's Hill. I only hunt foxes because that is all there is on the properties...

I joined the forum to swap ideas with fellow hunters because I work in a hospital and there ain't too many hospital workers in to hunting!!
