My old man uses a meat clever when he cleans his rabbits. He lays the rabbit on a log, goes bang and cuts the head off, then does the same with the legs. he has been doing this for years, but now he's 30 year old meat clever is starting to show its age. Ive been searching online for meat clevers but finding them hard to source. Does anybody know where abouts in australia i can source a decent meat clever for him??

Hey, thanks for all the replies fellas, much appreciated. I had a look around this morning and ended up getting the lightforce. I done a bit of haggeling and ended up getting the whole package brand new for $250. Trishbob i had a look at the wolfeyes website, and the light you mentioned looks the goods, but i decided to go with what i know. I set it up on my HMR this evening, then took it for a quick walk around one of my rabbit haunts and shot 2 rabbits with 2 shots, so i am very happy with it. It works a treat. Everything i had wanted and more. I didnt take a camera with me when i headed out (i forgot) so i took a photo of it set up on my marlin HMR when i got home.

Hi, does anybody on here ever use a scope mounted spotlight, if so are they any good? Also, what dollars am i looking at roughly to get one. Ive found one for $260 all up, including the battery, belt (with harness and cigarette lighter) the spotlight and the mounts, and also a carry handle which is interchangable for when i have someone with me. Does this seem like a fair price? I will mainly be using t on my HMR, but maybe also my .22LR.
