Hi,My name is sharms,i am about to purchase a .17,well actually picking it up tommorow,does any1 have any insight to these guns,a mate of mine told me that you have to replace the barrels every couple of years as they wear out,is this true?anyway i dont get to hunting much anymore but are trying to plan a trip this year,last time i went pig shooting my 2 mates and i baged 6 pigs up in nsw(bingara) the biggest would have weighed about 75kgs,had a lot of fun,couldnt get the water pump to work for ten days,so the old can of shower got a flogin,so did my shotty used sgs on most of my kills,and thats about it
