I only use a tent if the bugs are gonna be bad (mozzies flies etc). Sometimes use a bit of a tarp as extra cover if rain a possibility. I prefer to pack light. It also means I don't have to re-pitch and dry a tent when I get back.

Hi all, I'm in the Toowoomba area. Grew up on a dairy farm and have done a fair bit of target shooting. Never really did much hunting as a kid but now days I am interested in the idea of conservation hunting. I'd like to get out and bust some bunnies and feral pigs. Cheers, Pete
