You're not wrong! I snatched it at 32 myself - same reasons. Have a good job now that will probably see me through. I have got back into butchering recently just to keep my hand in, but it like riding a bike, a bit wobbly at first, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to change much from shop to shop. Most of these new guys coming through haven't got much of a clue either! (although if you talk to the guys that taught us they probably felt the same) but supermarkets have a lot to blame for this.
