Duncs Posted October 1, 2020 Report Share Posted October 1, 2020 I stumbled over this today I'm not a fitter, turner, or even welder but I'm devouring this guy's videos! Anyway, this stuff looks like it might be good for making "never dull" blade edges if you've got a TIG and skillz? Rosso Posted October 1, 2020 Report Share Posted October 1, 2020 Very interesting. I’ve never welded before but Tig looks more like soldering to me. Can you Tig to harder steel rather than mild steel to start with? Thinking that would help the edge hold up better than mixing mild steel into the weld. ?
