Should i just fork out the cash and get genuine maps from garmin or will shonky suffice for SF work. Also the 62 i purchased dosen't have an sd clot, is 1.75gb memory suffice? You might want to download a routable map from here too http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/ And whoever told you installing non-OEM maps will void your warrantee is dead wrong. The 62 even has facility for making your own maps and installing them thanks jindy. the numpty at ryder told me that it would void warranty. he also sold me a 62 with a SD card! the 62 dosent accept additional memory! now i need to go back and rip him a new one!
