TheCaptn
Hi there... I just came here looking for info on whether or not it's legal to bowhunt rabbits in Tassie. I know game species are out, but am I right in thinking rabbits are pretty much restriction-free?

Guest Youngn
Seems to be plenty of tassie blokes on here and keen hunters too. great to see, another tassie bloke shot my share of stags no monster but still keep an eye out for em. thinking with plenty of dog hunters here from tas maybe next winter it'd be a good idea to orginise a get together and have a hunt and all the tassie boys say G'day. Cheers, Youngn

NQRussell
Evening Gents, I'm in the minority here I guess. Been in NQ for 18 months and loving it. Love the build up and storms in Summer and the excellent warm winters. Mostly chasing pigs up here, but there's a few wild dogs and rabbits to blast with the trusty .223 or 30/06 bluderbuss.
