shet111
Hi all, Show us your favorite knife, be it for pig sticking or deer skinning and don't forget to tell us why. I just got this Colt USA field knife I plan to dress deer with it. Not blooded yet but should be good. Edited May 30, 2008 by shet111

Matty_22-250
Here is a couple in my collection that I like. The 1st one is the only one I have used thus far. In the 2nd pic the 3rd knife down has an 8.5inch blade and is 14 inches in total length. The 3rd pic is a couple I picked up whilst in East Timor off the Nepalese Ghurkas. The Kiwi
I carry a hand-made knife, and after 35 years hunting, and learning a trade in the meat industry, the knife below would easily be the best knife I have ever owned. The Kiwi. and one of these, probably the best knife steel you can buy, http://premiumknives.com/ShopSite/Mercator...rmany_Menu.html

Drew Jaeger
Last week while down in Victoria hunting Sambar, I purchased a new handmade hunting knife. The blade is high grade German stainless steel and the handle is Rusa antler with polished brass bolster, rivet and butt. Imbedded in the knife handle butt is a 30-06 case head. This week it will be replaced with the 358 Win case head that shot my Sambar spiker two days after buying the knife.
