shane111
It won't be a problem putting it there. You will need to use 4 dynabolts to secure it to the concrete floor.

shane111
The only other thing to think about is the moisture problem associated with most outdoor sheds. I would recommend putting silica gel satchels in your safe, or even a stocking filled with rice to draw out any excess moisture.

burton
The damp rid stuff does work, and needs draining. I wouldnt rely on it to protect my guns though. No chance you couldp ut the safe inside in a cupboard or something? Keeps them well protected in every aspect.

ozhunt13
You could buy a bar dehumidifier. They work by raising the temperature inside by a couple of degrees which in turn dries out the air inside the safe. I have one in my safe and they work great! All military safes have a couple of big ones too! One similar to this should be more than sufficient for most normal size gun safes: http://cgi.ebay.com/GOLDENROD-GUNSAVER-DEHUMIDIFIER-12-PROTECTS-100-CUB-FT-/300479884009?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item45f5ff2ae9

len
Or you could put a low wattage globe in the safe and leave it switched on to provide some heat

Fireman_DJ
Police have the legal right to inspect it (at a convenient time) and MAY come to inspect it. I've never been inspected yet and many here have never been inspected. But they are meant to be doing the rounds at the minute, so stay tuned.
