advpat
I have a Hunters Element XTR jacket, I brought the jacket after reading a few reviews. I read a review in a magazine where it was compared to a few other brands, It rated highly for water resistants and breathability. The jacket is comfortable, quiet and folds up to take up little space, I have been happy with the jacket
264
Hunters element bush coat for mild stuff. XTR for real heavy or constant wet weather. Went well in NZ last year. Use the sizing charts from hunters element for the xtr gear. Cheers Mick
sinbadpaul
pretty much anything with goretex, none of the other types work as well, If you can source harkila kit over there it is very good.
Gibbo 30.06
I've had the hunters element all rounder jacket for the last year, I'm happy with that. You can fold it up so it fits into the hood of the jacket so it packs down small an doesn't take up to much room in the pack when not using it. Gibbo 30.06
I'm sure there is better stuff out there even though I have hunter element. I just cant spend the coin on something like a Swazi Tahr Anorak when they are like $500 plus. Just depends what you want to spend in the end as well.
