Had my Predator Pro 8x30's for over a year now and love them. For what they are worth you can't go wrong. They are great during the low light conditions that a lot of peaple hunt in and the auto focus is a great asset. Can you still get them Gryph or have they doscontinued the line? GXB
Have just received Minox BV 8X42 ($225 AU delivered) bought for my son. They seem very good but we haven't had them in the bush yet. Time will tell. I'vefound to my cost that only use over an extended period will show the true value of yuor gear. I have also had a pair of Steiner 8X30 rangers for a few years Good value IMO. john foxwell
This bloke offers some very good deals as well, particularly in the 'demos/samples', and doesn't have any problems posting binos/rangefinders/spotting scopes to Oz. He won't post scopes. optics
